Study on slagging characteristics and prevention of biomass briquette

چکیده
It is a high efficiency，energy-saving and emission reduction measure to replace coal with biomass briquette fuel in layer combustion furnace, but the process, serious slagging problem has been restricted promotion of fuel. By analyzing characteristics briquette, ash fusion mechanism, combined important influence key parameters (furnace temperature, excess air, thickness) on furnace obtained, which provides scientific basis for taking measures prevent control design operation furnace.
